Heidi Sinclair Rejoins Burson-Marsteller as Senior Strategist
NEW YORK, June 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Burson-Marsteller, a leading global public relations and communications firm, today announced Heidi Sinclair has rejoined the firm as Senior Strategist. Sinclair is a 30-year communications and marketing veteran who combines strategic consulting with operational strength and whose expertise spans the technology, philanthropy, entertainment and media, financial services and packaged goods industries.

Sinclair previously spent 10 years at Burson-Marsteller in two leadership positions. Most recently, she served as the CEO of Burson-Marsteller EMEA and managed more than 60 operations across the region. Before, she was Global Chair of Technology for the firm, where she spearheaded a worldwide team working on technology clients in the enterprise hardware and software categories, among others. Most recently, Sinclair has been an independent advisor on leadership, communications and philanthropy to clients in the fashion, entertainment, beauty, technology and consumer goods industries.
Sinclair previously served as the first Chief Communications Officer for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where she built and ran the marketing, communications and content functions, served as spokesperson and supported Bill and Melinda Gates' transitions to the foundation. Earlier in her career, as an executive at talent agency International Creative Management, Sinclair ran its corporate, digital, gaming, celebrity estates and investment transaction businesses. Sinclair founded two media and communications companies, the latter one pioneered branded content and was eventually folded into Warner Brothers. Sinclair also held executive roles in strategy and communications at Borland and Lotus Development when they were software industry leaders.
