In advance of President's Day, the newly released "Buy a Car with Confidence" MasterKit includes tips on the best time to buy a car, how to negotiate the best deal and advice for buying cars for teen drivers. This MasterKit will also soon include new videos on how to test drive a car and tips for having a stress-free car shopping experience, as well as interactive quizzes like "What Car Should You Buy: New or Used?" to help consumers make the right purchasing decision for themselves and their families.
