Henderson wins SEI mandate

CHICAGO, May 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Henderson Global Investors has been awarded a concentrated unconstrained global equity mandate by SEI for $150m. The strategy is led by Matthew Beesley, Henderson's head of global equities. 

This mandate is key to Henderson's growth plans in the US institutional sector and reinforces the company's growing international presence and capability. The global equities team, comprised of 8 portfolio managers, uses a differentiated investment approach which we believe fits well in with sub-advised multi-manager portfolios.
