Henry Ford Innovation Institute Announces the Davidson Fellowship for Entrepreneurs in Digital Health

DETROIT, June 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Henry Ford Innovation Institute is seeking talented individuals with a passion for healthcare innovation to become leaders in the growing field.

Under the Davidson Fellowship for Entrepreneurs in Digital Health, the Fellows will be educated and trained for one year, beginning in September 2014.  Fellows will be asked to commit up to 12 hours per month to the Fellowship and applications are due by June 26.

Fellows will be selected from an applicant pool of Henry Ford Health System employees and select businesses, start-ups and not-for-profit organizations located in metro Detroit.

The Innovation Institute will select 12 to 15 Fellows with a passion for healthcare innovation, an entrepreneurial spirit and diverse professional experiences that will add to the education of their peers.  The Fellowship will provide a unique educational program, exploring innovative solutions and entrepreneurial approaches to critical healthcare challenges.

The Davidson Fellowship for Entrepreneurs in Digital Health is presented with support from the Davidson Center for Entrepreneurs in Digital Health at the Institute.
