Her Interactive Establishes Dual Executive Leadership Structure

BELLEVUE, Wash., May 25, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Her Interactive today announced it has created a new dual leadership structure as it expands its business into new product offerings. Stuart Moulder has joined Her Interactive as CEO to focus on corporate strategy and day-to-day operations. Megan Gaiser will retain her role as Chief Strategic Creative Officer (CSCO) to focus on creative direction, brand and portfolio expansion, business development and strategic partnerships.

Most recently Mr. Moulder was SVP of Development at Gazillion Entertainment delivering Lego Universe and Marvel Super Hero Squad Online.
