HGGC Receives Strategic Minority Investment from Dyal Capital

PALO ALTO, Calif., March 26, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- HGGC, a leading technology-focused private equity firm, today announced that Dyal Capital Partners ("Dyal"), a division of Neuberger Berman, has acquired a passive non-voting minority stake in the firm. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
