ONE Ala Moana is a 23-story, 206-unit luxury condominium project located in downtown Honolulu, Hawaii.  Units for the condominium tower sold out in just two days at an average price per unit of around $1.6 million.  Construction on the new tower began in April 2013 and is expected to be complete by the end of 2014.
