Hickory Farms Helps 38 Local Communities Fight Hunger
Associates Volunteer Across the Country for Company Day of Service
TOLEDO, Ohio, Oct. 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Today and tomorrow, Hickory Farms, the specialty food and holiday gift retailer, is participating in a day of service program for the fourth year in a row. As part of the company's ongoing commitment to end childhood hunger, Hickory Farms is teaming up with non-profits in 38 cities across the country to help feed families in need. Over the next two days, nearly 200 associates will dedicate 800 hours to their communities by sorting food for local charities and organizations.
