Hidell-Eyster International, Inc. (HEI) and PureSafe Water Systems, Inc. (PSWS) Have Signed a Settlement Agreement

BOSTON, Jan. 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Henry R. Hidell, Chairman of Hidell-Eyster International, and Leslie J. Kessler, Chairman and CEO of PureSafe Water Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: PSWS) are pleased to announce that they have signed a settlement agreement, amicably resolving any open issues between the parties. Hidell-Eyster International will no longer render services to PureSafe Water Systems, Inc. Mr. Henry R. Hidell has resigned as a Board Member and Chief Operating Officer of PureSafe. Both parties expect to cooperate into the future.
