High Ridge Brands Appoints Patricia Lopez As Chief Executive Officer

STAMFORD, Conn., July 6, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of High Ridge Brands Co. ("High Ridge Brands" or the "Company"), a leading Stamford, CT based personal care products company, announced today that Patricia Lopez has been appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer, effective July 6, 2017.  Ms. Lopez will also be named to the Board of Directors of High Ridge Brands effective upon her appointment. 

Ms. Lopez has extensive experience in the consumer products industry, including a distinguished twenty-five year career at Procter & Gamble.  Most recently, Ms. Lopez served as SVP, General Manager of the Estée Lauder and Aerin Beauty Products business in North America.  In this role, she had oversight of the flagship Estée Lauder® prestige beauty brand as well as Aerin Beauty, a luxury fragrance and beauty brand, which together generated annual revenues of over $1 billion.  Previously, from 2012 to 2015, Ms. Lopez served as Chief Marketing Officer of Avon Products, a beauty focused global business with over $10 billion in annual revenues.  Prior to Avon, Ms. Lopez had a long and successful track record at P&G, with responsibilities in global marketing and general management across a range of brands and geographies.  Her last assignment at P&G was Vice President, General Manager for Eastern Europe, Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, where she managed over 200 brands, including Pantene®, Head & Shoulders®, Pampers® and Gillette®, and had P&L responsibility for $3.6 billion and 5,000 employees.
