HighLevel connects to Muse, a new AI product from Meta, bringing AI into everyday business workflows

Businesses can use their Muse across customer conversations, calendars and workflows through HighLevel, marking the companies' second collaboration in three months

DALLAS, Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- HighLevel, the AI-powered operating system for businesses, agencies and founders, has announced that HighLevel now connects to Muse, a new AI product from Meta, giving businesses a way to use Muse across the workflows, conversations, calendars and customer information they already manage in HighLevel.

Muse is a personal AI agent from Meta designed to help users complete multi-step tasks. By connecting HighLevel to Muse, businesses can use their Muse to take action across everyday business operations, including managing leads, coordinating and booking meetings, updating customer information and preparing for customer conversations.

The connector marks the second collaboration between Meta and HighLevel in three months. In June, Meta selected HighLevel as an early scheduling partner for Embedded Appointment Booking for Facebook Lead Ads, allowing customers to book appointments using HighLevel calendars directly within the Facebook lead experience.

Now, that relationship extends into agentic AI.
