His career spans key leadership roles at TIBCO and Oracle, where he worked on foundational technologies that laid the groundwork for modern Customer Data Platforms (CDPs). He later led the UK expansion of Neolane through its acquisition by Adobe, where it became Adobe Campaigns, and spent a decade at Tealium, growing the company's European market to $65M ARR.
