HighTower Launches 9th New Individual Team for 2017: PDS Wealth Management

CHICAGO, May 22, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- HighTower announces the launch of PDS Wealth Management, based in West Palm Beach, FL. Under the leadership of Managing Director Tom Parker, and Directors Patrick Dugan, Paul Spencer and Tommy Parker, the team oversees approximately $160 million in client assets. The team transitioned to HighTower from Merrill Lynch.

Tom Parker has more than 36 years of investment experience. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, he spent 18 years trading and underwriting U.S. Treasury and Federal Agency debt instruments as a member of the primary dealer community in New York. Patrick Dugan began his career at Smith Barney before joining Merrill Lynch. Paul Spencer was an Institutional Equity Salesman and Equity Research Analyst at Lehman Brothers in New York City before he worked at Merrill Lynch. Tommy Parker was a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch and also worked in in Bank of America Merrill Lynch's Institutional Corporate Bond Department.
