Hill & Knowlton Appointed GEROVA Financial Group's New Agency of Record

NEW YORK, April 16 /PRNewswire/ -- GEROVA Financial Group, Ltd. ("GEROVA") (NYSE Amex: GFC) has named Hill & Knowlton (H&K) its communications agency of record. Selected based on its network reach, investor relations track record and mergers and acquisitions credentials, H&K will lead GEROVA communications strategy and outreach efforts to investors and other stakeholders.
