HOUSTON, March 24, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Hill & Knowlton announced today that Michael J. Moore is joining H&K as a senior vice president and Houston general manager.  He will report directly to Dan Bartlett, US president and CEO.

Michael will be involved in client service, business development and operations for the Houston office.

"Michael's experience and knowledge of the Houston area is very valuable as we strive to grow in Texas," said Dan Bartlett.  "He will engage with key business leaders and garner stronger recognition for our company's capabilities in the region."

"My focus for the Houston office is to grow our presence in the Houston area by building on the solid foundation we established here more than 40 years ago, as well as bring added value to current clients," said Moore.  "H&K's strong reputation as a corporate and crisis counselor, as well as its global footprint, make it an extremely exciting opportunity."
