CHICAGO, Sept. 9, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Hillard Heintze announced today that it has promoted Howard F. Fisher, Esq. to Senior Vice President, Strategic Relationships, as part of the firm's commitment to continue developing and implementing a best-in-class client relationship organization. Fisher will directly oversee and nurture incoming Strategic Relationships talent as Hillard Heintze continues to rapidly grow its Security Risk Management, Investigations and Law Enforcement Consulting lines of business.

The firm also announced that it had created new Account Executive positions as the team engages new client relationship executives in additional cities across the United States. In line with this strategy, Hamisi Amani-Dove has joined the company as Senior Account Executive, Strategic Relationships. Based in Washington D.C., Amani-Dove will be partnering with the firm's senior management experts in the National Capital Region, as well as up and down the East Coast, to anticipate and respond to emerging client needs and align these with the appropriate Hillard Heintze experts and client service delivery teams.

Similarly, Andrew Werfelmann has joined the firm as an Account Executive, Strategic Relationships. Based in Chicago, he will be responsible, like Fisher and Amani-Dove, for building and nurturing strategic relationships with the firm's clients across commercial and private sector businesses; government agencies at the federal, state and local level; nonprofit organizations such as faith-based organizations and major sports franchises; law firms; and high net worth individuals and their Family Offices.

Since joining Hillard Heintze, Fisher has developed key relationships with new and existing clients that are driving strategic growth for the organization. Fisher has partnered with internal stakeholders to implement a client-first business development culture that supports the firm's corporate growth initiative. Additionally, Fisher has built the foundation for the Strategic Relationships' organization by developing and streamlining processes related to identifying client needs and priorities, capturing client feedback and helping to ensure exceptionally high, sustained levels of client satisfaction over time.

Before joining the Hillard Heintze team, Fisher served as Midwest Regional Vice President of Veritext Legal Solutions, where he managed a team of over 40 members, oversaw operations and business development, and led the strategic integration and reorganization of several complex business development and operational divisions into a single, streamlined and agile organization.

Amani-Dove previously worked as the Director of Federal Workforce Partnerships at Excelsior College, where he worked with corporate and federal clients to bring training, learning development and degree content to partners to bridge learning gaps within organizations and drive business initiatives. Amani-Dove was the lead on all government relationships including the Office of Personnel Management, the largest partner in Excelsior College's 40 year history, and the D.C. Department of Human Resources, which allowed access to all agencies and departments within D.C.'s government for training and development opportunities.

Before joining Hillard Heintze, Werfelmann developed expertise in strategic relationship management at SmithBucklin, the world's largest association management company. Quickly promoted from associate to senior coordinator, he was accountable for growing top line client revenue by understanding the client's needs and bringing partners to the table that were a strategic fit for the organization through a diverse set of products and solutions.
