Hill+Knowlton Strategies Launches Corporate Advisory Group

NEW YORK, Jan. 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Hill+Knowlton Strategies announced today the launch of a new strategic advisory service, the Corporate Advisory Group. The Corporate Advisory Group will work closely with clients at the most senior level to provide business advisory counsel. The Group will focus exclusively on meeting the public risk and reputational challenges of our client leaders at C-Suite and Board levels.

The Corporate Advisory Group will help top decision-makers navigate complex risk environments and periods of change and opportunity such as a merger, restructuring, regulatory threat or international expansion.

The service will be led by Jack Martin, global chairman and CEO of Hill+Knowlton Strategies, and Andrew Laurence, global vice chair of corporate, who is based in London. Laurence is one of H+K Strategies' most senior client counsellors and a specialist in international corporate communications. He joined the firm in 1989 and previously served as chairman and CEO of the EMEA region for five years, during which time he cemented H+K's status as the region's leading multinational PR consultancy. He was regional head of the corporate practice from 2001-2004 and has also served as UK CEO.

The Corporate Advisory Group will tap the expertise of H+K Strategies' numerous senior practitioners around the world, as well as its recently launched research organization, Research+Data Insights, to ensure its clients are able to resolve their most critical business challenges.
