NEW YORK, April 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- BR Guest Hospitality opens HILO BAR, stowed below 9th avenue and 13th street in the former Bunker Club space, for the first time to the public Friday, April 26th. Like its sibling next door, 675 Bar, HILO is a secret hideaway with great DJs, stiff drinks, and a soaring disco ball.
The former foundry, discovered by the building's landlord, offers various nooks and crannies to hang before dinner or late night; kick back on black leather tufted banquettes with a martini or tuck away behind the mirrored walls of the private room while a bottle of your favorite libation sits over ice. DJs will keep the crowds dancing on reclaimed black and white checkered-floors every weekend.
Doors open on Friday, April 26th but filmmakers, artists and movie buffs have gotten an exclusive sneak peak at Tribeca Film Festival after parties.
Seasonal cocktails, and thoughtfully-selected wine and beer
