Since construction first began in 2023, the eight-story, 252-room property has been one of Northeast Florida's most anticipated hotel openings. The hotel, which was built by Concord Hospitality Enterprises and Whitman Peterson, in collaboration with Mayo Clinic, is also one of the newest Hilton Hotels & Resorts properties to debut the brand's refreshed identity, a modernized expression of Hilton, reflected through enhanced design and reimagined service touchpoints.
