History Colorado welcomes Kathleen Grummel as Director of Development
DENVER , June 29, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- History Colorado continues leadership transformation with the addition of Kathleen Grummel. She will be introduced on July 10, 2017.
Grummel comes from the greater Chicago region and brings over 25 years of successful development leadership and fundraising experience to the organization. With family in Colorado, she's always dreamed of moving to the state and is elated to be given the opportunity to be immersed in the Colorado lifestyle.
She most recently served as the Director of Development for Northwest Community Hospital Foundation and prior to that the Chicagoland Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure. With a fundraising philosophy that embraces empathetic connections, she seeks to empower donors to connect with the mission of History Colorado: to inspire generations to find wonder and meaning in our past and to engage in creating a better Colorado. She looks forward to making those connections between History Colorado and the community to help inspire moments of pride.
