Holper Brings 20 Years of Experience to Hilton Garden Inn in Novi
MERRILLVILLE, Ind., Dec. 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- William Holper, a White Lodging employee for the past five-and-one-half years, was recently appointed to the position of General Manager at the Hilton Garden Inn in Novi, Michigan. A graduate of the Michigan State University, Holper has been a part of the hospitality industry since 1991.
Before joining the team at the Hilton Garden Inn in Novi, Holper was the General Manager of the Courtyard by Marriott in Mishawaka, Indiana. While in that position, the property reached Marriott's Gold Level, meaning it was in the top 20 percent for guest satisfaction for all Courtyard properties in 2010.

And when he was Dual GM at the Courtyard by Marriott and SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Mishawaka, the SpringHill Suites was ranked in the top 10 percent in terms of guest satisfaction in 2004," Smith noted.
Holper was employed by the CSM Corporation and served as General Manager at the Towne Place Suites by Marriott in Minneapolis prior to coming on board at White Lodging. He got his start in the industry in 1991 when he joined Marriott International. While with Marriott he had a number of different operational positions in cities in the Midwest and on the east coast.
