Home Chefs Invited to Enter Organic Creamery® Cheeses' Recipe Contest

RICHFIELD, Wis., March 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- DCI Cheese Company ("DCI") is pleased to unveil "Pure Ingredients, Purely Delicious," a recipe contest sponsored by Organic Creamery, the company's line of certified organic cheeses. This April and May, home chefs are encouraged to submit their favorite recipes incorporating Organic Creamery cheeses for the chance to win one of three eco-friendly prizes for the kitchen.

In-store shelf talkers with tear pads featuring a coupon can be found in participating retailers throughout the contest. Additionally, consumers with smart phones can connect directly to www.OrganicCreameryCheese.com via the promotional display's QR code to view recipes and wine pairings and to access the online entry form.

All submissions will be tested and judged by an independent panel according to taste, originality and appropriate use of Organic Creamery cheeses. Winners will receive eco-friendly prizes for the kitchen including an energy- and water-efficient dishwasher (first place), an 8-piece eco-conscious cookware set (second place) and an eco-friendly bamboo dinnerware set (third place).
