Home Helpers® Home Care of Newnan, Georgia, received national recognition for business excellence, community service, and creating opportunities for others
CINCINNATI, Sept. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Beth and Phillip Dow, franchisees of Home Helpers® Home Care of Newnan, Georgia, have been named recipients of the 2026 Franchisee of the Year Award by the International Franchise Association (IFA).
The Dows, who also earned this prestigious honor in 2015, were honored during the IFA26 Advocacy Summit in Washington, D.C., Sept. 14-16, for their excellence in entrepreneurship, community outreach, workforce development and service to others.
Now in their 19th year with Home Helpers® Home Care toward a landmark 20th anniversary next year, the Dows have built a trusted local care organization projected to generate $4.5 million in revenue this year. Their expanded team of 150 Caregivers and 14 operations team members serves 112 clients, helping older adults and others receive reliable support while maintaining their independence and dignity at home.

To support dependable care, Beth Dow created a dedicated shift support team focused on preventing gaps in service. She also shares marketing materials, educational presentations and operating practices with many other Home Helpers Home Care franchise owners.
