Homepoint Increases Conforming Loan Limit to At Least $625,000 for Conventional Loans

ANN ARBOR, Mich., Oct. 13, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Homepoint, one of the nation's leading mortgage originators and servicers, announced that it has increased the conforming loan limit for conventional loans to at least $625,000.

Homepoint is among the first mortgage lenders in America to raise its cap on conventional loans to help its mortgage broker partners support more borrowers throughout the country.  

Homepoint is now accepting expanded conventional conforming loan limits for 1-4 units in all 50 states, starting at $625,000 for 1-unit properties. The company is accepting higher limits for 2 to 4-units, and for properties in Alaska and Hawaii.
