Hoof It 6/1 With Sponsors After Being Supplemented for Betfred Sprint Cup

MANCHESTER, England, August 30, 2011 /PRNewswire/ --

Hoof It has been installed as a 6/1 chance by the sponsors for Saturday's Betfred Sprint Cup at Haydock after connections supplemented the gelding for the race.

Mick Easterby's four-year-old was beaten favourite in the Coolmore Nunthorpe Stakes at York last time out but had previously been very impressive when winning the Stewards' Cup off top weight at Goodwood.

Deacon Blues and Dream Ahead are the 9/2 joint-favourites with the sponsors following the latest declaration stage with Golden Jubilee winner Society Rock a 13/2 shot.

Betfred have also released prices on two of the other big races at Haydock this weekend and make King Torus the 4/1 favourite for the Betfred "Goals Galore" Superior Mile on the back of his encouraging reappearance run behind Doncaster Rover at York. First City and Rainfall are the 5/1 joint-second-favourites whilst it's 7/1 bar those three.

Activate, Shernando and Tominator are the 8/1 co-favourites of three for the Betfred Bundles Old Borough Cup at Haydock on Saturday after a total of 34 horses were entered for the 1m6f event. Blissful Moment is the 9/1 following his fine run in the Betfred Ebor and he is second in the market alongside Deauville Flyer, Spifer and Zuider Zee.
