Horizon Media Elevates Vincent O'Toole to Chief Operating Officer

O'Toole Will Serve as Agency's Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer

NEW YORK, May 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Horizon Media, the largest and fastest growing privately held media services agency in the world, is pleased to announce that it has elevated its Chief Financial Officer, Vincent O'Toole, to Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately. O'Toole will also retain his Chief Financial Officer title.

O'Toole is tasked with overseeing Horizon Media's Finance, Information Technology, Business Affairs, Shared Services and Facilities departments, ensuring that Horizon's business infrastructure runs as efficiently and smoothly as possible. In his new position as Chief Operating Officer, O'Toole will now additionally oversee the agency's new data science practice, led by newly hired Chief Analytics Officer, Rick Watrall; the direct marketing operation, helmed by Executive Vice President and Managing Partner, Gene Turner; and the agency's INVENT@horizon initiative, spearheaded by Chief Invention Officer, Taylor Valentine.

With Vincent as Chief Financial Officer, Horizon has achieved double digit growth in each of the past eight years. O'Toole has also been instrumental in the formation of strategic partnerships and enhanced service offerings that include Horizon's acquisition of InsideOut Sports + Entertainment, the creation of Bungalow Horizon, an integrated content production studio, and the formation of the agency's Eden Road Trading division for corporate trade and barter. He is a key member of Horizon's recently announced INVENT@horizon internal incubator program.
