Adult Entertainers Want Millions of Americans to "Do It" With Them This Tuesday. 

First-of-its-kind, three-day nationwide advertising campaign encourages Americans to "Make a Date With Democracy" on November 3.

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Hot2Vote.org, a nonpartisan coalition of more than 100 adult entertainers, creators, and advocates, is launching a first-of-its-kind nationwide advertising takeover of Pornhub for the last three days of the Midterm Elections. 

From November 1 through November 3, Hot2Vote's provocative ads are appearing on Pornhub's mobile homepage throughout the United States, featuring award-winning adult entertainers encouraging Americans to find their polling places and make a plan to vote. With an estimated 21 million U.S. site visits per day, Pornhub offers the campaign an opportunity to reach millions of Americans in the final days before the election.

These cheeky messages direct visitors to Hot2Vote.org for information on polling locations, early voting options, and how to plan to cast their ballots.

The nationwide premium mobile advertising buy represents a first for Pornhub, which, according to the campaign, has never previously permitted public-interest or advocacy advertising on its platform.

From Voter Registration to Getting Out the Vote.

The Pornhub takeover builds on Hot2Vote's voter engagement efforts in Georgia and Texas, where the organization has invested more than $100,000 encouraging Americans to check their voter registration status.

Launched in September following the cancellation of nearly half a million inactive voter registrations in Georgia, the campaign featured pin-up-style posters in Atlanta nightclubs, geofenced digital advertising, and videos featuring adult entertainers reminding voters to verify their registration before state deadlines.

Hot2Vote also introduced a Safe for Work "Porn Name Generator," allowing fans to check their real voter registration status while discovering their adult entertainment stage name. The campaign partnered with EXXXOTICA, one of the country's largest adult entertainment expos, to promote voter registration awareness through its events, newsletters, and social media channels.

Now, Hot2Vote is shifting its focus from checking registration to helping Americans make a plan to vote.

Reaching Voters Where They Least Expect Political Ads.

While traditional campaigns compete for attention on television, streaming platforms, and social media, Hot2Vote is bringing its message to an audience rarely exposed to political advertising.

The nationwide campaign features Siouxsie Q, Little Puck, Kira Noir, and Casey Calvert in provocative, tongue-in-cheek ads designed to grab attention and encourage civic participation.

Hot2Vote's coalition includes more than 100 adult entertainers, sex workers, creators, and advocates, including Siri Dahl, Cherie DeVille, Alana Evans, Hazel Grace, and many others. Comedian Margaret Cho is also a celebrity supporter.
