Having been with Hotel Nikko San Francisco since 2012, most recently serving as Director of Sales & Revenue, Ngo has played an instrumental role in shaping the hotel's sales and revenue strategy, particularly in the post-pandemic environment. He helped elevate Hotel Nikko's Revenue Per Available Room index ranking from 5th to 2nd within just two years, showcasing his leadership skills and strategic vision.

With a career spanning more than 14 years in the hospitality industry, Ngo has developed a deep understanding of revenue management and sales strategy. Prior to his time at Hotel Nikko, he held key roles at prestigious properties such as Portola Hotel & Spa in Monterey, CA, and InterContinental San Francisco. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Jason holds an MBA. As Commercial Strategy Director, he'll continue working closely with the executive team to guide overall commercial strategy, focusing on revenue growth, market expansion, and further enhancing the guest experience.
