Howard Fensterman, Managing Partner of Abrams Fensterman, Announces the Appointment of Jordan Fensterman As Partner

LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y., Sept. 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Jordan Fensterman, whose practice concentration is in the Health Law, Corporate, Litigation, and Entertainment Law departments at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara & Wolf, LLP, has been named partner by Howard Fensterman, the firm's co-founder and Managing Partner, effective immediately.

Jordan Fensterman 33, son of Howard Fensterman, is well regarded as client-centric attorney who focuses on his clients' individual needs and on being able to come up with unique and creative solutions to complex legal and business challenges.

Jordan Fensterman represents individual physicians, physician assistants, and specialist assistants in licensure matters relating to Office of Professional Medical Conduct ("OPMC") investigations and actions. Mr. Fensterman also represents Dentists, Nurses, Pharmacists and many other licensed professionals in Office of Professional Discipline ("OPD") investigations and actions.

Mr. Fensterman provides counsel on employment agreements for employers and employees across a wide array of businesses. He works with individual physicians and physician groups on all matters relating to employment and partnership agreements and counsels his physician clients on general business disputes.

For his entertainment clients, Jordan negotiates contracts, endorsement deals, and merchandising agreements. He also provides legal guidance related to websites and online reputation management.

He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and maintains offices in New York City and Lake Success, Long Island.
