HPTi Named 2011 Best Place to Work in Virginia
RESTON, Va., Dec. 7, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- High Performance Technologies, Inc., was named one of the 2011 Best Places to Work in Virginia. The list, created by Virginia Business and the Best Companies Group, honors the best places of employment in Virginia (based on how a company serves its workforce and benefits the state economy). The Best Places to Work in Virginia list is split into three categories: small-, mid-, and large-sized employers. HPTi was one of the 20 large companies selected.
HPTi was evaluated on workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The awards program then surveyed employees to measure their work experience. The combined scores determined the final ranking. The ranking of the 1st annual Best Places to Work in Virginia will be unveiled and published in the February 2011 issue of Virginia Business.
"HPTi has just entered its 20th year of business, and I am so proud of the work force we have built," commented HPTi president Tim Keenan. "I thank all of those responsible for the design and execution of our work environment. Our people have always been our paramount priority, and this certification gives us an objective measurement of the progress we are making in serving them."
