HRH Capital/Roller Die Acquires manufacturer of roll formed products

LOUISVILLE, Ky., March 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- HRH Capital, LLC/ Roller Die & Forming, Inc. a leading metal roll forming manufacturer has acquired Pyramid Mouldings, Inc., a Florida-based manufacturer of roll formed products.

Headquartered in Green Cove Springs, FL, the business will continue to operate as Pyramid Mouldings, and will maintain its production operations in Green Cove, FL, Rossville, GA, and Queretaro, Mexico, as well as its joint venture operations in California.
