HRT Launches its Investor Portal: InvestorVantage

SAO PAULO, Dec. 22, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- HRT Participacoes (the "Company" or "HRT"), announces to shareholders the launch of version 1.0 of its investor portal ("InvestorVantage"). To access the portal, shareholders need only register at the company's IR website (www.hrt.com.br/ir).

InvestorVantage, a pioneering initiative between publicly traded companies worldwide, is an iPad communication and information application for HRT shareholders with the following objectives: (i) enable better interaction between shareholders and the Company, (ii) allow remote voting at general meetings, (iii) monitor the Company's value creation and latest developments, and (iv) optimize its corporate governance practices.

After registering on the IR website (www.hrt.com.br/ri), each HRT shareholder will receive a login and password for accessing InvestorVantage. The application is available at no charge at the iTunes Store. The password will be valid as long as the investor remains an HRT shareholder (i.e., while on the list of the custodian bank). Two new versions of HRT's investor portal are expected to be launched in late March 2011 (version 2.0) and late June 2011 (version 3.0), when InvestorVantage will be completed and include functions that will allow shareholders to accompany HRT's value creation process. The application will be automatically updated on shareholders' iPads.

Version 1.0 is already available to HRT shareholders with the following functionalities:

• General meetings: agenda, minutes and meeting documents;
• News and information: developments at the Company, as well as articles and notes published in the media;
• Discussions: debate forums and "Speak with the CEO" area;
• Analysts' estimates;
• Directory: area with photos, data and contact information for HRT's main directors and officers;
• Company videos.
