HUB California Adds Adam Caster as Commercial Lines Account Executive to La Palma Office

LA PALMA, Calif., Aug. 29, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- HUB International of California, a wholly owned subsidiary of HUB International Limited, a leading global insurance brokerage, risk advisory and employee benefits consultancy firm, announced today the hiring Adam Caster as an Account Executive and Producer in its' La Palma, California office.

Mr. Caster has been in the risk management and insurance industry for over five years having first affiliated with Humana as a sales specialist after graduating from college.  His duties related primarily to broker interface during the processing of newly submitted business and thereafter tracking Humana's commission payments on these newly opened accounts to the originating brokers.  In 2014 Mr. Caster chose to follow his instincts and pursue a career in the commercial property and casualty business.  He joined Brown and Brown Insurance Services of California in their Anaheim branch where his training as an account executive and producer commenced in earnest.  During those initial years with Brown and Brown he was immersed in reviewing policies and forms in an effort to optimize solutions for clients, nurture relationships with clients and prospects and expand his knowledge of coverages and risk management solutions unique to specific industries.

Mr. Caster said he ultimately joined HUB, "... to expand my territory and sales opportunities with a well-known firm possessing an excellent reputation.  The right organization for me had to be industry leading and progressive".  During his tenure in commercial property and casualty insurance Mr. Caster has worked with businesses in a number of varied industries but admits to having a certain affinity for artisan contractors and waste haulers.  He said of his affinity for the risk management and insurance business, "My passion is to ensure that my clients are properly protected and relieved of concerns about risk exposures so that they can focus on growing their respective businesses".

Mr. Caster attended California State University at Fullerton where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree.  In his spare time he is active in sports including skiing in the winter and water sports and adult-league basketball throughout the year.
