Hudson Acquisition I Corp. Announces Closing of $60 Million Initial Public Offering

NEW YORK, Oct. 18, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Hudson Acquisition I Corp. (NASDAQ: HUDA, the "Company"), a newly organized blank check company incorporated in Delaware, today announced the closing of its previously announced initial public offering of 6,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit. The units are listed on The NASDAQ Global Market ("NASDAQ") and began trading under the ticker symbol "HUDAU" on October 14, 2022. Each unit consists of one share of common stock and one right to receive one-fifth (1/5) of a share of common stock upon the consummation of an initial business combination. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the common stock and rights will be listed on NASDAQ under the symbols "HUDA" and "HUDAR," respectively.

The underwriters have been granted a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 900,000 units offered by the Company to cover over-allotments, if any.

Chardan Capital Markets, LLC ("Chardan") acted as the sole book-running manager in the offering.
