- Learn – Online Training. With access to six online training modules covering everything from principles of ergonomics to ergonomic design guidelines, users can select the most appropriate module(s) to view or review.
- Do – The Job Improvement Process. Upon completing the online training, users will work alongside our certified professional ergonomists to assess and improve problem jobs using the tools provided by The Humantech System.
- Manage – Data and Reporting. Ergonomics process owners can monitor the activities of the ergonomics team, track the status of improvement plans, and generate reports to support decision making.
During the System's implementation, Humantech's Ergonomists are there to support your team through a structured process Mallon calls "the 100-Day March." "By the 100th day, your ergonomics process is internalized and significant gains will have been made," says Mallon.
