Hunt Capital Holdings Makes Strategic Investment into Brean Capital

NEW YORK, Nov. 8, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Hunt Capital Holdings, a leading real asset investment manager, throughout the United States, announced today that, through a subsidiary, it made a strategic investment into Brean Capital, LLC. This alliance will provide enhanced investment banking, fixed income sales and trading, securitization, and derivative capabilities for Hunt.

The investment will allow Brean to extend its breadth of coverage in asset classes where Hunt already has a solid footprint, including real estate and infrastructure.  It will also enable Brean to continue to grow its securitization banking capabilities with a focus on using its capital to support client activity.
