Hunter Roberts Construction Group Selected to Build ResinTech, Inc.'s New Corporate Headquarters
NEW YORK, March 15, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Hunter Roberts Construction Group (Hunter Roberts) is pleased to announce the firm has been commissioned by ResinTech Inc. to complete the pre-construction and construction management services for their new 385,000-SF, multi-building, corporate headquarters and manufacturing plant on Federal Street and River Road in Camden, New Jersey. The completion date for this project is 2019.
Scope of Projects for Hunter Roberts
ResinTech's new campus will include offices, a manufacturing facility, a packaging plant, and state-of-the-art laboratories. All facilities will be designed to LEED Gold standards, as part of both Hunter Roberts and ResinTech's commitment to environmentally sound design review and construction practices, and will incorporate the latest technologies for both energy efficiency and water conservation. Hunter Roberts will also oversee the process piping and controls for the project as part of their contract.
Building a Functional and Modern Space
ResinTech, as a leader in water filtration through ion-exchange resin, makes sustainability a critical component of their mission. Hunter Roberts will work closely with project architect EwingCole so the new ResinTech Headquarters and Manufacturing Plant will have operationally flexible designs that are energy-efficient and constructed with green building practices.
Part of the New Jersey Economic Development Authority's Grow NJ program, this new facility will bring at least 265 new jobs to the Camden area, helping both the people and the natural resources of New Jersey flourish.
