IRVINE, Calif., April 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Hunter Wise Financial Group, LLC and Managing Director, William Peck, are pleased to announce that its client Dimension One Spas, Inc. of Vista, California, has been acquired by Jacuzzi Brands Corp. of Chino Hills, California.

Dimension One Spas manufactures technologically advanced portable spas and AquaFit Swim Spas.  In 2007, Dimension One was awarded the Silver Medal Shingo Prize for their manufacturing and operational excellence, becoming the world's first and only spa manufacturer to receive the distinguished award.
