Mr. Arne recently received the new FINRA Series 79 License as an Investment Banking Representative, allowing him to advise on or facilitate debt or equity securities offerings though a private placement or a public offering.  Mr. Arne can advise on or facilitate mergers and acquisitions, tender offers, financial restructurings, asset sales, divestitures and other corporate reorganizations or business combination transactions.

Mr. Arne is a nationally and internationally known seminar developer and speaker on various merger and acquisition topics, including succession planning, merger & acquisition tax strategies and deal structures and maximizing business value.  He publishes a quarterly e-newsletter on topics including business valuation and corporate finance.

Mr. Arne is a graduate of Southern Illinois University with a B.S. degree in accounting.  In 1994, he formed Arne & Co. in Albuquerque to specialize in business valuations and mergers & acquisitions.
