Huntkey Introduces A New Product - The GS700 Which Is Well Suited for Gaming Rigs

SHENZHEN, China, Nov. 28, 2017 /PRNewswire/- Huntkey, a global leading provider of power solutions, has recently launched a new power supply unit (or PSU) named GS700, a strongly built PSU with 49A DC output of +12V single-rail, which is able to support high-end CPUs and graphic cards for gaming rigs.

Some game players may wonder whether their PSUs support big games like Player Unknown's Battle Grounds (PUBG) when DIYing their computers. The Huntkey GS700 allows this support. The CPU and graphic card are the core components for a gaming PC, and they can only be powered by the +12V power rail from a PSU. The GS700's rated power is 600 watts, and it is designed with one +12V power rail to deliver strong enough power to the CPU and graphic card. Theoretically, all the CPUs and graphic cards in the mainstream markets at present can perform perfectly with a GS700.
The GS700 is 80 Plus certified, which means that it has more than 80% energy efficiency at 20%, 50% and 100% of rated load. It will waste less electric energy as heat compared to other PSUs, and it can lower electricity bills by reducing electricity use. Launched in 2004, 80 Plus is a voluntary certification program intended to promote efficient energy use in computer PSUs.
The GS700 can operate normally under the input voltage from 100 to 240Vac, and this will avoid sudden shutting downs of the PC when a voltage instability happens. Equipped with Active Power Factor Correction (APFC) and double EMI filter, the GS700 is capable of delivering cleaner and more reliable power with lower ripple and noise.
Asides from the above, the GS700 has a strong heat dissipation capacity and is extremely silent with a 120mm temperature control fan, which can operate smoothly without any friction to provide the gamers a quiet gaming environment. Applied with multiple protection technologies, the GS700 can protect itself and the PC from short circuit, over load, over voltage, under voltage and over current.
