"We view Sciens as an excellent partner for WSA. We believe that Sciens provides us with resources and capabilities that enhance our ability to serve our customers and grow our operations, and we expect this partnership to create exciting opportunities for WSA’s employees,” added Golub.
Jim Mahoney, Partner at Huron Capital, added, “We are excited to partner with Terry in this initiative, and we are thrilled to add Brad and Joe to the team. We look forward to continuing our work with Terry and the Sciens team, including board member and industry veteran Mark Levy, who formerly served as President and CEO of Honeywell Fire Safety, as we execute our buy-and-build investment strategy in the fire detection and security services sector.”
