Husband Saves Wife's Life and She Lives to Write About It

Late in April Kara's husband, Troy Adams brought a movie home that he thought was a romantic comedy but in actuality was a tear jerker. Spoiler Alert, the leading lady, died of breast cancer and left behind her loving husband and two young children. After crying through the entire movie, Kara decided to schedule a mammogram first thing that Monday morning. Two weeks later she was being told that she had stage 1, type 2, triple positive breast cancer.
