Huskey appointed president of Premier Sotheby's International Realty
NAPLES, Fla., Oct. 24, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Premier Sotheby's International Realty today announced the appointment of industry veteran Budge S. Huskey to the position of president as part of the organization's future leadership succession plan, reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer Judy Green. Huskey will be responsible for operational management of the $4 billion sales volume brokerage company, allowing Green to focus on strategic initiatives and continued growth of the firm ranked #30 in the Real Trends 500 list of top residential brokerages.
Huskey brings to the role 33 years of real estate brokerage and franchising experience, most recently serving as global president and chief executive officer for Coldwell Banker Real Estate, LLC. He also previously served as regional executive vice president of NRT, LLC., the worlds' largest real estate brokerage. In 2015, Huskey was ranked #10 among the list of the 200 most powerful in residential real estate in the Swanepoel Power 200 (SP200) report, as well as appearing on the Inman list of most influential.
