The acquisition comes amid continued growth across the UAE real estate sector. Dubai recorded AED 252 billion in real estate transactions during the first quarter of 2026, representing a 31 percent year-on-year increase in value. In Abu Dhabi, transaction values reached AED 117 billion during the first half of 2026, rising 112 percent year on year, while foreign direct investment increased 309 percent to AED 13.8 billion.
