Hyland Appoints Rob Kaloustian as Chief Customer Officer

Kaloustian brings over 25 years of strategic experience in the global technology market to Hyland, specializing in customer success for enterprise customers. Prior to joining Hyland, he was SVP of Solution Engineering at Cloudera, and before this was Chief Customer Officer at BigCommerce. He also spent 20 years as a sales, services and customer success executive at Commvault and was the General Manager of Commvault's first SaaS business.

In these leadership positions, Kaloustian was a champion for global customer success and scaling innovative customer solutions, while leading teams that drove customer services and support.
