Hyland Software Acquires Hershey Systems

CLEVELAND, Sept. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Hyland Software has purchased privately held Hershey Systems, a provider of Web-based ECM solutions focused primarily on the higher education market. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Though mainly focused on higher education, Hershey Systems has a sizeable presence in other industries.
