Hyperwear Names Dr. Kristen M. Beavers, PhD, MPH, RD, as Science Advisor

AUSTIN, Texas, July 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Hyperwear, the functional fitness brand behind the Hyper Vest weighted vest, Hyper Ruck, and SandBell training tools, today announced that Kristen M. Beavers, PhD, MPH, RD, has agreed to become its first Science Advisor.

Dr. Beavers is a researcher whose work spans metabolic health, physical function, aging, body composition, nutrition, and exercise science. In her advisory role, she will provide outside scientific guidance to support Hyperwear's evidence-informed product development and education around loaded movement, weighted vests, rucking, nutrition, aging, and the company's Metabolic Strength™ mission.
