• Introduced a new Environment, Sustainability & Governance Policy that defines the Company's approach to responsible mining throughout the full mine life cycle, guided by the International Council on Mining and Metals (ICMM) and the World Gold Council's Responsible Gold Mining Principles (RGMPs)™.
• Recognized as a recipient of a 2025 Nevada Mining Association Operator Safety Award in the Small Surface Operations category for the Ruby Hill Mine.
• Zero reportable water-related incidents.
• 64% of local procurement spending was directed to Nevada-based suppliers, demonstrating a commitment to local sourcing.
• One-third of management positions were held by women.
• Approximately $140,000 invested in communities across Northern Nevada through the Grants for Good program supporting local nonprofit organizations, scholarships for local students, and sponsorship of community events and initiatives.
