IA Nutrition Announces Dismissal of Lawsuit Against the Company
BERLIN, Conn., May 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- IA Nutrition, Inc. announced today that litigation brought against the company in February 2015 regarding product labeling claims on some of its products has been dismissed by the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. The suit was related to the product labeling of its "Mass Peak," "Nitro Peak," "Whey Protein LMS" and "Super Quad Protein".
