In his new book, the entrepreneur, speaker, wellness maven, and former entertainment lawyer challenges the idea that stress is the price of success and offers a new framework for high performance rooted in clarity, presence and purpose. After three decades spent building businesses, studying human performance and exploring the intersection of spirituality and modern life, Lopatin has arrived at a central belief: the quality of a life is determined not by what happens to us, but by the state from which we live it.
